GDPR legislation comes in to force on the 25th May 2018.

The information below outlines our plan to ensure we are meeting the requirements of this legislation. Our full privacy policy is available on our website.

On the 28th May any student logging into their MyStickers.co.uk account will receive a message explaining in simple terms that due to the new GDPR requirements they must now have parental / guardian consent before being able to access their MyStickers.co.uk account.

We will ask the student to provide parents / guardian name and email address. (Which will be used only for this email). The parent / guardian will then receive an email, again with a simple explanation asking them to consent to their child’s access to MyStickers.

If this is granted the student will then be able to log in to their account as normal.

If your school is a Carrot Rewards user a log will be available in their Carrot Rewards account highlighting any students where this consent has not been granted and allow the school to update if consent is granted at a later date.

Each school will also have the option to grant consent for all users in the Carrot Rewards settings if they have already sourced consent from parents for this access.

Our Carrot Rewards website will also have our updated privacy policy explaining exactly what data we keep, where and security details. You will also find our data deletion policy.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact your Carrot Rewards account manager Jamie Tillen on [email protected]
